New Staff and Device Update

Hi everyone,

We are currently experiencing issues with some Samsung devices throwing an error. We are working on a new method to unblock and we are working extremely hard to get a fix released sometime next week. In order to focus completely on the task at hand we have decided to put on another staff member.

We would like to welcome Nick SC to the team. Nick has experience in technical support, as well as extensive knowledge in computer networking. Nick will be taking over most of the support tickets and helping uFlix customers solve any issues they may be having. This will give us more time to focus on the technical side of things in order to build and provide a better service.
